At Doha Garden Centre, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, please note the following:
Inspection on Delivery
Upon delivery, you are encouraged to inspect all items immediately. Our team will wait while you check your order to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
After Delivery
Once the delivery is completed and accepted, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases of:
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Damage caused during delivery
Any issues must be reported at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:
• Plants (fresh)
• Flowers
• Pots, vases, and décor items once opened or used
• Sale items and special orders
Refunds
If an approved issue occurs (wrong item or defect), we will arrange either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
